Job description

We are looking for a Development and Support Manager

at Inactivated vaccine production area

The Development and Support Manager at Inactivated vaccine production area provides support in daily operation and project management for the relevant Focus Factory.The Position holder is directly responsible for the focus factory's projects (controll, revision, lead or participate). The Position holder is active part of the Strategy Deployment and process area development with strong relation/network with the Operation Excellence Team, Project Management tema and other related support functions dedicated to the focus factory.

Principle responsibilities:

Support and contribute to the success of cross-departmental projects.
Partners with the Project Coordination team to ensure projects remain on schedule and on budget.
Works closely with project team, to ensure production deliverables within specific area of expertise to follow project specifications and meet client needs.
Ensure client needs area met and projects stay within scope, budget, timeline, quality and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Responsible for supporting to resolve the most complex production problems using technical expertise and a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. 
Execute on goals for productivity in labor efficiency, material costs and other areas of opportunity for cost optimization.
Demonstrating lean philosophy to improve production efficiency and lead efficiency improvement actions
Engage with Support Areas to realize short and long-term production schedules.

Qualifications/skills:

Bachelors/Master degree in Operations, Business, Biology, Biotechnology or other related area
3-5 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, pharma or food.
3-5 years project management experience.
Highly motivated individual with a passion for results.
Good leadership and change agent skills.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems.
Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and structured problem solving tools and methodology is highly desirable.
Fluent in English both spoken and written.
